There are some things in the African bush that just don’t look real. You see a leopard draped over a branch and you think elegance. You see an elephant and you think wisdom. But when you finally lock eyes with a Shoebill Stork in the middle of a Zambian swamp, the only word that comes to mind is prehistoric.
